Versa wont turn on

charged my versa overnight. Woke up and it was very warm and a

wont turn on. Tried holding the two buttons in for 10 seconds and still will not start. I have only had this device somce July

@Ashdavidsn It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't turning on. Try cleaning the contacts then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
