Hey, So I'm having issues with my Fitbit Versa.
It won't turn on even when I go to put it on charge. Has this happened to anyone? If so how was it sorted?

Yes! Mine stopped working last night at some point while I was sleeping. I put it on the charger, assuming it was dead. Nothing.
I contacted FitBit customer support since I've had it for less than a year (bought it last year on Black Friday). Support is emailing me troubleshooting instructions. We'll see if these work.
If not, I'll be pretty disappointed. I don't feel like dishing out the money for another one.

I also woke up this morning to my FitBit Versa having a blank/black display. The sensors on the back of the device were lit up green, etc., and I had just taken it off its charger yesterday morning--I usually have a battery life of 3-4 days. I did update my phone's operating system last night to the latest version, and my FitBit is synced to it (iPhone SE). It is frustrating since I've also had my device for less than a year--received it for Christmas from my daughter. Loved it until now, and I'm frustrated since I use the watch display to keep track of time since the school where I teach does not use bells to dismiss students (and the clocks are always wrong). I would love to know what I can do to get this working again!

As of last night, mine turned off as well and will not turn back on. Yesterday the BPM stopped monitoring and then last night the watch went black. I had it on the charger all night thinking the battery died, but it still would not turn on this morning.
