Hi. My husband and I both have Fitbit Versas and both have had the same issue. Initially we thought it was a problem with the charger we share, but after buying a new charger the problem persists. The versa is dead, unless it is plugged into the charger. Even then it is sporadic and comes on and off at will. I have done a factory reset whilst on charge, and also followed the procedures for a hard reset and still nothing. Can you please help
