Hi all,
I've recently changed phones to the redmi note 7 and whilst the phone isn't listed as a tested device with the versa, I was wondering if anyone has managed to sync them together and get messages and stuff on the versa? Any help is greatly appreciated

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Luke-weynberg. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your Fitbit Versa working with your Xiaomi redmi note 7. While your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists.
For troubleshooting instructions to resolve the syncing issue, please see this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've not got the versa2 but the standard versa, but I've got it to work. As both the versa2 and the redmi note 7 use Bluetooth 5, you should be ok

I have not been able to receive notifications from my Fitbit versa onto my Xiaomi redmi note 7. I have tried all the troubleshooting options and it still does not work.
I have the latest update.
Thanks in advance,

Hi,
I got mine working in the end. But my Fitbit has just gone back for waranty repair so I can't remember how. When it comes back I'll have to run through again. I seem to remember enabling the developer mode though and turning something off as well as all of the other things people have said.
