Aloha! I took my Versa to New Zealand. I tried. Arious ways of charging it but it kept saying there was t enough power to charge. I gave up and to my disappointment was not able to use my new Versa on vacation. I got home today and attached the charger again, I tried various ways to charge it with no results. Dead as a doorknob. I hope you have a solution for me.

Hi, @MSS808, what country you are in should have no effect on charging as long as you are using appropriate power source. Also, can you confirm exactly where you saw the message "not enough power to charge" and how you were attempting to charge? That does not sound like a Fitbit message -- at least it is not one that I have seen.
As for now, if you were away for some time without charging, your Versa may have battery so low that it is now unable to register that it is charging.
I would suggest plugging your Versa charging cable into a wall charger. Your cell phone charging plug should be ideal, but any wall charger will do as long as it is marked UL or CE certified. Even if it does not seem to be charging leave it for about two hours.
After it has had about 2 hours charge, try the restart procedure if necessary. You may need to repeat this two or three times. Hopefully that will get everything going again.
Good luck, and keep us posted.

Thank you Julie. I have had the versa on the charger and plugged in for several hours. I tried the reset procedure; left and bottom right buttons to no avail. I would love another suggestion.
I was in New Zealand, Christchurch to be specific. I tried again in Queenstown where I gave up and let the battery die out.
