2 weeks I got notification that my battery was low put on charger overnight in morn it was completely dead tried holding buttons, left on charger for another 12 hrs nothing. Then today when I moving it I thought why not and tried holding the buttons in it flashed rt away but said battery completely dead have it on charger now seems to be working but I have to wonder what happened they drained the battery like that and of course it is just over a year old.

Hi @Biggmak, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa wasn't able to turn on or take a charge. I would like to know if the issue didn't happen again and it charges properly now. I believe that it was an internal glitch that your watch experienced. However, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article in order to fix any battery issue that your Versa experiences.

Keep me posted.
