Versa wristband broke

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased a Fitbit Versa on July 23rd. I have only had it 2 months. Today I tried to change the band. One of the pins broke off in the watch, so now a band will no longer stay on the watch. I called Fitbit and they won't replace it. They told me it was accidental damage. It is a faulty product. The pin should not break off when I am trying to change a band. Very disappointed.

It's great to see you around @JanetLL.

I am sorry to hear about what happened with your Versa wristband and would like to recommend taking a look at our warranty policy. Also, I suggest checking our help article How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?, where you are going to see step by step how you can change your watch's wristband.

If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it. Robot Happy

I followed the directions and my pin broke off in my Versa as well.  Seems like it is a common problem... Now I am trying to figure out how to get it out.

I had the same problem. Unfortunately, Fitbit was not very helpful.
Eventually mine just fell out on its own. Not sure if it was because I kept
messing with it or not.
