My Versa keeps losing connection with my I phone 13 ever since Verizon went to 5 G and it doesn’t track my sleep either. Any help?

@Toledochuck1 Welcome to the Fitbit community.
First, this is the Fitbit Sense section. So a moderator will probably move this to the Versa section.
Secondly, maybe state if you have a Versa 1 or 2 so it can be moved to the right one.
As for your connection issue, is everything updated? Your Versa, the Fitbit app, and your iPhone? How are you aware of the disconnect, is it from the phone icon with diagonal line showing on your Versa? And is this happening with your iPhone close while on you or when far away?
One basic troubleshooting fix for connection/syncing issues is to delete your Versa and then add it again. You won't lose any data and the only thing that resets is the weather app to Celsius if you usually use Fahrenheit.
