I've had my Versa2 since January and the HR monitor stopped working yesterday. I have tried everything including factory reset and uninstalling from app however it is still not working. Any ideas what it could be?

Exactly the same for me - got mine at Christmas and suddenly stopped reading heart-rate

I ended up restoring factory settings but still no joy, so fitbit are replacing under warranty after an online chat with their support team today.

Exactly the same as mine,
I bought one in October it was replaced in January and it went blank.
The HR is now not registering on this one.
