Versa2, enter lbs but convert to KGs

Hi. 

 

Versa2/iOS. 

 

My settings is LBS for weight in Fitbit app. 

I enter lbs weight in Versa2, but when sync w Fitbit app, it converts the versa lbs weight like I entered kgs weight. 

 

Versa2 watch: “231.6 lbs”

fitbit app: “510.5 lbs”

 

it also hasnt sync the weight data for 16 days. Even though it syncs all the other health data.

@MayoKetchup Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your weight logs on your Versa and syncing it with your app. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this try changing the units back to kg on your app, save and sync your device once, then change it back to pounds, save and sync again. Restart your Versa 2 and see if the issue persist.
