Hi There,
Neither the heart rate tracking nor the reminder to move is working on my Versa 2.
I have gone through all the steps to restart the heart rate tracker but none have worked. I have performed a full manual reset as well as a reset via the watch face but still not working. I have unpaired and replaced the watch on the app and still they do not work.
Can you please advise what are the next steps?

Hi @Danbailey - just in case, there is a heart rate setting in the watch menu ensure that is On.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you verify your watch.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur
