Versa2 just subtracted steps and 5 miles

I synced then logged out and synced again and versa2 2 deleted steps and miles? This is absurd!

If I have to keep my own records because versa erases I may as well be using a very cheap pedometer!

By the way proof of the inaccuracies exists! Because of issues I have tried wearing both versa light registered to my other email and the versa 2. Versa light showing mileage versa 2 is not! Cannot keep using 2 it’s silly but did because of issues which recur in Fitbit which were not a problem years ago with older versions
