Versa2 not connecting after factory reset- unit is 3 years old

I’ve had my Versa 2 since 2017 and I love it. I’ve lost 53 lbs at age 66 with WW and the help of my Versa.  Recently, I get simplified sleep details every night and now my pulse rate does not show up.  I updated firmware about a week ago and Fitbit app and IPhone IOS is up to date. I did the soft reset, turned  Bluetooth off and on

Continuing post....

Versa screen is frozen and app cannot find device after multiple tries. I’ve removed all BT devices from my IPhone X. Thanks for any help.
