Versa2 not tracking distance walked

My Versa2 has not been tracking my km's correctly. I go for a 5km walk every day (same route) and for the past week or so my Fitbit is only tracking between 0.66km - 1.5km each time. I have tried resetting my Fitbit and changing the settings in the app and nothing seems to be working.. so frustrating

I'm having the same issue I do a run which is just over 3 miles and fitbit used to show a map of area covered and the time of each Mile. Now it's recording less than e miles and not tracking the map or each mile. ?

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you are recording your runs with GPS, I would recommend following the steps in this article in the menu "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?".

 

In addition, please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.42 iOS or Android). For instructions on how to check your current version  and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

Whether the GPS struggles to connect or if the connection drops during the activity, please let me know.
