my Versa2 it was working / tracking fine till
9/4 and I noticed no heart rate but did have sleep data
9/5 had heart rate data but NO SLEEP data
9/6 had sleep data but no Heart rate data
9/7, 9/8, 9/9, 9/10 - NO DATA - sleep or heart rate
9/11 heart rate data but no sleep
9/12 Sleep data but no heart rate
9/13 Sleep data but no heart rate
9/14 NO data , no sleep or heart rate
9/15 NO data , no sleep or heart rate
9/8 updated iPhone app to ver 4.25
Verified - heart rate, and sleep tracking are enabled
Turned Vers2 off and on - ...MULTIPLE TIMES
Did a factory Reset - twice in 2 weeks
Did the toggle thing where I turned the heart rate, and sleep tracking settings off, synced turned them back on, synced - did them at the same time, did this individually,
At some point in the last few days I noticed my "reminders to move" are not happening. Verified That is still enabled in settings.
Display for Step count, clock and calendar is fine - but what I am use to using it for - heart rate & sleep no longer show up and I'm not getting reminders to move
