Versa2 running on old firmware

I recently upgraded from Versa to Versa 2 but it seems to be running on old firmware (70.7.14), I can’t install most of the clock faces, and I’ve lost the zone minutes, am back to the old active minutes. How can I get the latest firmware? It seems upgrading to Versa 2 has put me backwards.

I believe you will find that a new device will load the latest fully rolled-out firmware version and then queue you up to the next release, even if it is already being rolled out.

That’s interesting. How long does it usually take before one gets the new rollout?  I bought a versa 2 specifically for the sp02 functionality and feel a little robbed that I can’t use it.

Same feelings... Got my Versa 2 two days ago and I'm very dissappointed about this firmware update problem :'( From the Fitbit chat I didn't get any concrete help, they told me that I just need to wait and sync frequently...

Two weeks ago I received a replacement Versa 2, it took a week before I got the new firmware.

I wish I could be believe the same thing. A bought a new Versa 2 to replace a malfunctioning one that had just gone off warranty. I would like to see this one working properly and know that I don't need to return it rather walk around for days with it.
