Versa2 screen not working and reatarting every few minutes

I have a screen that is not working at all and now it is re starting 50+ times a day. I opened a case week on May 7 and have received no response despite updating it twice! Anyone else having issues with their Versa 2 that have successfully been addressed? See lots of issues listed but few resolutions.

I have the same issue...it's frustrating..

How am I supposed to solve it?
