  • Versa2 shows to handle ( unlock your mobile phone ), and the account pairing is also deleted . Now Ican'tpair at one time . I'malso a Chinese customer and hope to get help

Hopefully I can help you. I found a similar issue being addressed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Fitbit-Versa-2-locked-and-can-t-unlock-with... It appears to be resolved in the post. Maybe this could help you as well.
