Versa2 stopped showing heart rate, sleep score, and charge draining rapidly

My Versa 2 will no longer keep charge & drains rapidly. The sleep pattern will no longer record, daily movements not recording, no heart rate recording?

Mine stopped showing the same about 2 weeks ago and have tried several times to reconnect. My watch and phone just aren't communicating at all!! All my sleep history has disappeared?!!
