My versa 2 has stopped tracking heart rate and sleep data within one year of use. I have factory reset the device multiple times but that hasn't helped. Anyone else facing this issue? Is there a way to get this fixed?
Mine also stopped working. I was wondering if it was related to the recent updates. I downloaded the sp02 and updated the app. That's when my problems seemed to start. I tried clearing data from the app and restarting the versa and my phone. It still isn't working
I’m having the same issue just after a year. I’ve checked for updates, and reset the watch - no change. Is there a solution available? no heart rate nor sleep tracking. Very frustrating.
