Versa2 stuck on "Connecting to device" when installing

Hi Guys,

I've had my fitbit since December had no issues. Today I went for a walk and during the walk i noticed the fitbit restarted itself a couple of times (maybe 3/4 times actually in a 90 minute period)

After googling decided to do a factory reset, now when i try to set it up as a "new" device. After fitbit searches for the device it says "found it" then stays on "connecting to device"

Have tried turning bluetooth on/off, uninstalling and reinstall fitbit on the iphone etc. Cant resolve it.

Any help massively appreciated.

As often the way after about 30 minutes fiddling about couldnt resolve it.

Then 2 minutes after posting here I manage to fix it.

Problem was solved by downloading the fitbit app on my Laptop instead of using iphone, I then connected to the fitbit via my computer setup the device there. Then when I reloaded Fitbit on the iPhone it worked as though wasnt any problems prior.

Hopefully the factory reset has resolved the original problem i was having of the fitbit restarting itself during a workout.

Now it wont connect to either computer or Iphone, tried restart on both computer/iphone and obviously the fitbit.

So inconsistent, really disappointing.
