I've been trying to connect my Versa2 to my WiFi (2G) but it always says "an error occured." Any ideas why it's doing this?

Is your Versa 2 plugged in and charging?
Is sour WiFi 2.4 ghz?

Me too. I can't connect either. So screw it. No wifi on my versa 2 forever for me.

It's a good idea to restart the watch first and be charged and charging and near the WiFi source.
However, do you need to connect to wifi?
If you are trying to sync your watch uses Bluetooth.

Was your tracker setup in the past to connect to WiFi?

Is the versa 2 on its charger and charging?
Do you have the correct WiFi?
Is the phone connected to this WiFi?
