Sense 2 - Silver piece came off of the back

Hello, can someone please help me figure out how to get this fixed? I was driving, & one of the silver contacts on the back of the watch just fell into my lap! Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SallyCraft! Thank you for your posting and the picture regarding the Bottom Metal Electrode falling off the pebble of your device. 

I understand how important it is to you that your device is in the best condition possible.

I checked with support and it seems like you already have a case created. My best advice is to keep an open communication with them so they can provide you with more details about your situation.
