How do I contact Fitbit directly? I am not on Twitter? 
my Fitbit Vera Lite will not take a charge or turn on anymore? When I plug it in it says 0% and won’t charge. 
move tried all the troubleshooting I’ve seen so far. 
I haven’t had it a full year.
