Verse 2 Blank screen and factory reset fail

Screen is blank and not tracking steps.  If I hard reset, I cpuld get into settings and set to constant on.  With that on, pressing side button works as usual.  However I had it set to only be on during daytime hours and unfortunately I had to reboot for it to come back on in the AM.  I just reset to factory settings and that was a big mistake.  It will now just flash the welcome screen in different languages and will time out after 10 or so seconds and I have to reboot to get the screen to come back on.  Can’t proceed past the welcome screen.  Can only get it to pair via Bluetooth and that is it.

Hi @Jaycee00  - if you factory reset the watch it is in the same state as new and you will need to run the setup process in the Fitbit App (possibly Add more devices) and replace.
