My Fitbit does not receive notifications after it has been charged. Any ideas please?

Thanks for letting us know about your Versa 2. While this is odd, have you made sure the Sleep Mode or DND are turned off after charging it? I'm asking this as those functions will prevent you from getting any alert or notification when turned on.

Assuming that doesn't apply to you, please try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:

  1. Forget your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Versa 2, tap Replace Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once this is completed, set up the notifications one more time as described here.
