Verse 2 stopped tracking heart rate

Hi all

my versa 2 heart rate suddenly stopped, if I take it off the green light flashes but doesn’t on my wrist

I’ve cleaned, reset etc still doesn’t work! Only just had of a year

Did you fully charge it?

Also swipe up from the bottom until the Today app loads and check what values are shown, it could be a clock face issue.

If you are using your usual clock face check that it has the relevant permissions.

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Click Clocks

select the clock you are using and

See all details and

verify permissions

Do you see heart rate in the Today app on the watch?

Yeah I’ve charged it mate, the heart is there but no number.. I just don’t know if it broke
