Verse 3 - Daily heart rate & history

This has been an ongoing issue since early November. I’ve done everything to try and fix it multiple times over the past 2 months. Restarting, deleting Fitbit from app, reinstalling, deleting app, reinstalling, changing to 24 hr clock, etc, etc, but nothing works. Since then several IOS updates have been released supposedly to fix bugs, but still no change.

This is extremely annoying and unprofessional. We pay for something that is practically useless since Google have taken over. I rely on heart rate info for my health. The data is obviously there but why can’t you fix the issue. What is going on?

Finally found a workaround, not a solution. You need to change both the Fitbit app AND your iPhone to a 24 hour clock in the settings. Close app and then reopen. Finally my info was back - 3 months later!

Obviously this is a ridiculous workaround as why should one app determine how your phone reports the time! A Google bug, unsatisfactory and not customer friendly at all. I wonder if they’ll ever bother fixing it correctly as I cannot stand having a 24 hour clock on my wrist and phone.

Oh never! That’s ridiculous I’m glad you worked it out but I’m also the same, love my 12 hour clock! Hopefully they fix the bug
