Verse Lite not turning on

My Versa Lite has not synced or charged since 11/03 battery finally went, been on charger for more than 2 days and still no life. Who do I contact to resolve, device is 1 year old I assumed it would last longer. Didn’t realize how important the device is until I was unable to use it. Help!!

Thanks for your post and the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

It’s not flashing and I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions with no active results.

The sensors are not working, tried the troubleshooting suggestions and it still isn’t active. It seems after the update 11/03 it stopped working . Is there a number that I can call to speak to someone.
