My verse SE broke down after only18 months. It turns off itself(90%battery) and won’t turn back on. I have contacted customer service twice today to figure it out. And now it happened the third time.
I want to know if anyone has the same issue.
I have been using Fitbit since 2014 and spent Hundreds of dollars between five devices and primary subscription. Loved it.
But this time I really disappointed. This verse cost me $220. They would not repair it and just want me to purchase a new one.
This is not the way Fitbit should treat long time customers. If I couldn't get it resolved, this one will be my last device from Fitbit.

@Tinama, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa (SE) is unable to turn on. I'm also sorry to hear that you were told by our Support team that is no longer under warranty. I totally understand how you feel about this.
The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
We really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
