Hi
I bought a versa special edition about 3 months ago, and it has stopped working. It simply won’t charge at all. Has anyone else had this happen, and how did they resolve it?

Hi, if your Versa is still working, try restarting your watch several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the buttons. If that procedure does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards, kuzibri
