I have just purchased a Fitbit Verse but now find I cannot connect it via Bluetooth to my Oneplus 3T mobile, is it not compatible or am I going something wrong?

Hi, according to this list: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 , your mobile device is not yet supported by Fitbit. My advice would be to keep a close look to this site, cause there is always a chance that it will be supported in the near future. Hope this helps.
