Verse doesn’t sync

Is anyone else still having issues with the Versa not syncing? I’ve done all the steps as instructed by customer service multiple times but in the last 2 weeks nothing would work. I have had to do a factory reset 3 times and then it quits again after a couple of days. Super frustrated and disappointed!!

I have the same problem. Moreover I cannot perform the factory reset, all instructions posted here did not work. I don't see any posts from people from the Fitbit Support. I guess Versa sucks as well as Fitbit support team

Thanks. I tried to restart as the manual but it did not help to solve the issue of bluetooth connectivity. My phones do not see Versa in bluetooth tab.

Turn your phone off and on.

I have an iPhone X. It has synced before without any issues until the last 2-3 weeks.

Sometimes, just turning your phone off and on helps.

Still having problems, try a restart.

I have the versa and samsung note 8. My versa doesnt sync either. I've followed the trouble shooting tips and nothing works.

I’ve rebooted both my phone and the versa daily. Doesn’t work. None of the “tips” work. I just had to reset the Versa again from scratch and that took 2 days.

And now two days after yet another factory reset it has stopped working. How do I get a refund?!???

I have fought with this numerous times. I finally went to settings in the VESA watch and scrolled to screen to the bottom. Then tap the “shut down “  wording. Once the Versa has shut down, give it a few seconds, then press the left side button to restart. Once the versa has restarted, go to the Cel phone (iPhone 8 in my case) and open the Fitbit app. Once I pulled down on the screen, it forces the app to sync with the Versa. Within 10 seconds all data was in sync. All computers, Cel phones, watches that are left on all the time, require to be totally turned off and then back on so the internal computers can reboot.  Hope this helps.
