The December updates looked very promising (multiple watch faces), but now the watch continues to reset itself, the touch screen stops working after a couple of hours after a reset, and the battery life has dropped significantly. The watch is less than 6 months old
and was working great before the firmware update. Attempts to resolve with resets or a shutdowns only correct the issue for 1-2 hours.

Versa is USELESS. Mine just went dark and have had it for a year. $300.00 for a $5.00 watch!

since installing the December firmware update, my Versa will no longer sync nor stay synced to my Android phone. Can the update be uninstalled?

I am having the same issue. I can only get it to sync like once a day or less. And it doesnt keep accurate time unless it syncs. I would say it looses about 10 minutes an hour. Very frustrating. I have been emailing back and forth with customer support for 2 weeks with no resolution. Wondering if the problems have anything to do with google taking over the company.

Issue is with 32.70.7.14 firmware. I've fixed mine by factory resetting and using the Fitbit windows app with bluetooth to install an older firmware. Issues are gone now.

Sadly my solution was temporary and the device updated to the latest version again when connected to a phone. Same problems again. I've got a ticket open with support now.
