Verse is registering my heartbeats incorrectly

My versa has been registering my heartbeats in cardio levels when I’m sitting or laying down. Than, when I’m actually working out it has me in resting. Is there something I can reset on my watch to fix this problem?

@NoelleM, a warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa's heart rate detection. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
