My Versa has suddenly stopped recording my calories burnt and 250 steps an hour.

It still records my steps overall and heart rate but not other elements. Also not all the green lights on the back are flashing anymore either! Help

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ade7839.

I am glad to assist you with your concern with your Fitbit Versa which has suddenly stopped recording your calories burnt and hourly steps. Thank you for letting me know that it still records your heart rate and steps. Are you able to see your stats on the app? If you don't see some of your stats in Fitbit Today when you swipe up from the home screen on your Fitbit Versa, I recommend to tap the "Settings" at the bottom of the Fitbit Today and make sure to select the stats you wish to see. For more information, please see this help article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?

If these steps won't help you resolve the issue, please let me know the additional details and I will be glad to investigate further.

Regarding your concern with the green lights, not all LED lights should flash and if you see the green light on the back of your device and your heart rate is being tracked, there should not be a problem with your heart rate monitor. For more information about tracking the heart rate, please see this help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Please keep me posted!
