Verse screen shows colored stripes

My versa just stopped working yesterday. Tried charge and reset but all I get is vertical coloured stripes on the screen. Any ideas?

@Jojo1608 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's showing vertical colored stripes. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, sync your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi - I’ve tried this and it still has green and grey / black vertical
stripes on it with no clear features

Hi my Fitbit is still not working despite trying reset etc. I have attached
a photo. I am in the middle of a three month fitness challenge and really
need one - any advice what to do next ?

Mines did the same thing. It started last night l too. Now I just get a dim light then it goes black
