I’m having troubles connecting my new versa to Bluetooth on the app. I’ve tried everything and it won’t connect. I even tried another device and didn’t work either.

Hi, first of all check if BT on your Versa is on (settings - BT). When on, try the following: deinstall the Fitbit app on your phone and restart your phone. After that reinstall it again, switch on BT and see if they now will connect.
