So it ran out of battery, but then when I plugged it in to charge the screen got backlit but never came on. The when I came to check it like 6 hours later, same situation. Tried turning off but can’t. Tried resetting and now appears off and non-responsive, even when I hold all three buttons for mine than 10 seconds. Help

@Nat_vtk welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Tried it all.
Still blank screen. Vibrates alarm, green light on back. Even vibrates phone notifications, but still blank screen.

So after much wasted time, I have found that it works perfectly, except for the completely blank screen. So it still counts everything and syncs to my phone and charges just fine, it’s just the screen. Is there a fix for this?
