My Verso bought in March last year has died. Black screen no vibrations when I press any buttons although it should be fully charged but I can't tell as the screen is implacably black and unresponsive.

Mine has just done the same. Charged yesterday and battery emptied completely in less than 24 hours. Cn see it's charging now on the app but nothing dhoeing on the watch screen. Bought in September. Help 😓

Hi, what does the Fitbit app tell you about the battery status? I would advice to contact Customer Support abiut this issue.
