Hi @mdsc1437 - this could be a clock face issue, try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
You may need to change clock face if it happens again, but you can always check in the Today app (swipe face up) and see if the steps are working there.

@mdsc1437 You aren't the only user who is having this issue. It doesn't seem to be specific to one model or the type of phone you use (Android or iPhone). Fitbit is aware of the issue, but I don't have any other information to share. Changing the clock face and restarting your Fitbit don't seem to help.

My Versa 3 is doing the same thing! I have same number of steps for days on end.
It’s so annoying!!!!
