Got my versa about 4 months ago from Best Buy. Super excited for it. I have worn it nearly every day since, but just yesterday the screen froze and then an hour later turned off entirely. Tried to hard reset and to sync and to charge. Nothing worked. Still won’t turn on. Incredibly disappointing. If I cannot fix it in the next few days I will just go ahead and switch entirely to the Apple Watch. I never thought I would do this since I enjoyed the Fitbit interface so much, but paying 200 dollars for a device that won’t last 5 months is unacceptable. At least I know Apple is reliable and has (usually) great customer service.

Yup. Mine died yesterday. Can't do anything else. It'll only stay turned on if it's in the charger. Can't reset or restart it or nothing. Don't feel bad man. Mine's not even 3 months old 😡
