I just got my weekly Fitbit review email and noticed it said I had only one day with any steps. Pulled open the app find my watch isn’t syncing with the app, hasn’t in 8 days. Got it to sync up today’s but not any prior data. Exercise days are always wrong. I’m not pleased. I waited for this new fit bit and I’ve had it for less than 6 months. Tons of issues

Hi, I have the same problem with my Versa. Since the update I can't sync anymore. I now have downloaded the windows app so I can at least sync my data. But this is really a problem.
I use a Samsung S7 and you? Yesterday I logged in the Fitbit app on my boyfriends phone and I sycned just fine...

I have the same issue. It's really annoying. I have seriously debated about selling my Versa and switching to another brand altogether.
