My Fitbit versa recently has vertical lines that go up and down the screen. This is my second Fitbit that has gone defective at around 1 year. I have searched the problem and it looks like a common problem with these watches, yet they will not replace my watch. Customer service just sent me a link to their warranty and disconnected our chat without ending the conversation. Not a great experience.
