Vertical lines suddenly on Versa

I’ve been having some minor issues scrolling through the screens on my Versa and the touchscreen seemed to be glitching, not working easily or every time. Didn’t think much of it until today when vertical lines showed up on the left side of the screen. Shutting it down hasn’t helped.

Hello, this is exactly what happened to mine at the beginning of the month after doing a firmware update. Resetting etc did not help. Eventually the screen went completely black. I’m in the UK so I got a new Fitbit under warranty a week ago. The new one is starting to do it now, after a week! It’s definitely a firmware issue, it will kill off your screen eventually. If you’re under warranty you should be able to get a replacement after going through some steps.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Restarting didn’t work at all. Did a factory reset and the lines were still there when it came back on. Went through the steps to set it up on my app again and went to bed with the lines on the screen, but it was sort of working. Woke up to a completely black screen. It won’t turn on at all.
