I'm so disappointed in Fitbit. I performed the update now my Versa 3 isn't working at all!! I performed all of the troubleshooting suggestions and called customer service. They offered a coupon!! This is my 3rd Fitbit. I'm done!! I need to just get a Apple or Samsung Watch!! So frustrating!!
