I am extremely disappointed in my Versa lite. My wife and I both bought one in February and mine has stopped working. I first thought the battery had died, but I plug it into the charger (and yes, the one that came with it) and after letting it "charge" over night, it still wont come on. I tried plugging it into my wife charger, and again nothing. I hooked it into my PC, nothing. Even tried my car charger. On my car charger the display showed a full charge, when I took it off, nothing. I am extremely disappointed at the cost of something that only will work for a few months.
I tried calling and didn't have an hour to stay online in the que.
I do hope that someone here will know what I should do...

Hi @JSHershey be sure you have the latest app and firmware. Did you try a restart of the device? It's suggested as the first thing to try when there is a problem.
Getting support for any company takes longer now. Four hours wait time for Costco and three hours for Walmart - every company is stretched thin. Best thing - put on a movie, read a book and wait.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
