Vesa screen is blank

I received a Fitbit Versa on Mothers' Day this year and it worked fine until a few days ago. Now there is no display on the face. My telephone says the Versa is fully charged. I tried the 2 button reboot and the 3 button factory reset many times but all that happens is I get a light gray display with a few vertical red streaks. The Fitbit vibrates twice when I push the left button but nothing else happens. Instructions for a reboot or reset say to hold the buttons until the logo appears but it never does.

Yes contact support. They are wonderful. The same thing happened to me.

They sent me a replacement.
