Trying to log in to my account with my new cell phone and it won't let me. Still works on the old phone.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend confirming if you're using the same email address and password. You can confirm the email address associated with your Fitbit account by doing the following:
1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. In the Account Settings section, tap Change Email and confirm the email address of your account.
If you forgot your password, please follow the instructions at How do I reset my Fitbit password?
If the issue persists, please let me know what error message do you receive when trying to log in on your new phone.
