Vesta Lite not reading sleep or pulse at night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is my "3rd" Versa Lite in one month. The first one worked great for 6 months then stopped read pulse and sleep. Went through the song and dance with attempting to get it working. Fitbit replaced it. 2 weeks later the replacement stopped working. Went through the process once again and Fitbit replaced it. One week later we are back to square one. The replacement to the replacement stopped working.

So I either die at night and have no pulse or maybe the Versa Lite has issues. I have tried both arms through all the failures. Reboot, Factory Reboot, Update.... You get the picture.

Anyone else out there die at night?

If it just doesn't get heart rate readings at night, I suspect you are wearing it such that it moves around on your arm and gets too loose to get readings.

Thank you Johnny for your help.

I have tried tightened, looser and the way I normally wear it.

The one weird thing is when it doesn't work, it always happens when I first lay down then comes back on when I wake up.

Starting to think it is personal 😝

Have you tried looking at the heart rate graph on fitbit.com dashboard to see if you do get any HR readings overnight?  I find that easier to see detail than on phone app.

From fitbit.com in a web browser, click 'Dahboard' near top right.  Then in wide graph with 2 drop-down menus at right, select heart rate and daily.  That give another view of heart rate throughout the day.
